A delegation from the Supreme Court of Libya, led by the Chief Justice, H.E. Mr Mohamed ABURUZAIZA, paid, on November 16, 2023, a courtesy visit to the headquarters of the CJCA in Algiers, where it was received, on behalf of H.E. Mr Said IHRAI, President of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Morocco and President of the CJCA, by the Permanent Secretary General and the Treasurer of the Association.
This visit allowed the Libyan delegation to inquire in situ about the means put in place to bring together all the necessary conditions for the proper functioning of the general secretariat of the CJCA.
Note that the Supreme Court of Libya joined the CJCA as a member on: June 13, 2019.
