A delegation from the Constitutional Court of Indonesia and the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts visited the headquarters of the CJCA in Algiers on June 23, 2024.
This visit was an opportunity for the Permanent Secretary General of the CJCA to make an exhaustive presentation on the functioning of the general secretariat, the running of the headquarters, the prerogatives and the organization of the CJCA as well as its missions and its role. in the promotion of constitutional justice in Africa.
The two parties discussed, among other things, the preparations for the holding of the 2nd Afro-Asian Conference on Constitutional Justice which should take place in 2025 in Angola.
It should be noted that the CJCA and the AACC are linked by a cooperation and exchange agreement signed in August 2017 in Bali.
