President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has signed presidential decrees on the Constitutional Court,
"Pursuant to Articles 91 paragraph 7, 186 and 188 of the Constitution, the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune has signed presidential decrees on the composition of the Constitutional Court:  

1-Appointed on behalf of the President of the Republic: 
-Mr. Omar Belhadj, President 
-Ms. Leila Aslaoui, member 
-Mr Bahri Saadallah, member  
-Mr. Mesbah Menas, member 
 
2- Elected in the name of the judiciary: 
-Mr. Djilali Miloudi, member (Supreme Court)
-Mr. Amal Eddine Boulenouar, member (State Council)

3- Elected as professors of Constitutional Law at the national level:
-Mrs. Fatiha Benabbou, member 
-Mr Abdelouaheb Khrif, member 
-Mr Abbas Ammar, member 
-Mr Abdelhafidh Oussoukine, member 
-Mr Omar Boudiaf, member
