Mr. Moussa LARABA, Secretary General of the CJCA, took part in the proceedings of the 3rd Forum of Constitutional Courts of the Balkans, held on 15–16 November 2025, at Antalya, Türkiye.
On this occasion, he delivered a presentation on the history, objectives, and future activities of the CJCA. He also reaffirmed the organization’s readiness to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with all regional groups working in the field of constitutional justice, including the Balkan Forum.
On the sidelines of the Forum, the Secretary General of the CJCA held several meetings with the Presidents of the Constitutional Courts of the Balkan countries, notably with Mr. Kadir Özkaya of Türkiye.
