Appointed by His Majesty the King as Legal Advisor to the National Order of Topographic Surveying Engineers since 2001.
Chief of Staff to the Minister of Employment, Crafts and Social Affairs (1992-1993), Advisor to the Advisory Council for Social Dialogue (1994-2000), Project Manager to the Prime Minister, Legal Advisor to the Secretary General of the Government (2003-2008).
Member of the Constitutional Council between 2008 and 2017 and member of the Superior Council of the Judicial Power (April 6, 2017 to November 30, 2023).
Decorated with the Order of Sports Merit on March 6, 1993 and, as a law researcher, received the vermeil medal from the Academy of Arts-Sciences-Letters in 2012 in Paris.
On November 30, 2023, His Majesty the King appointed him President of the Constitutional Court.
