The CJCA holds a Congress every two years. Thus, since its creation, five (05) Congresses have been held respectively at:

• Algiers, Algeria,7 and 8 May 2011,
• Cotonou, Benin, in 2013,
• Libreville, Gabon, in 2015,
• Cape Town, South Africa in 2017.
• Luanda, Angola, in 2019,
• Rabat – Morocco, in September 2022.

The Constitutional Court of Angola was elected the 5thPresident of the CJCA by the member courts meeting in General Assembly in June 2019.  Morocco's Constitutional Courtis the^1st Vice-President and will head theorganization in November 2022.
