To promote constitutional justice in Africa and foster the exchange of experiences, the CJCA is holding an international seminar between two Congresses.

The first seminar was held in Cotonou, Benin in 2013 on the theme: "The constitutional judge and political power».

The second took place, in Algiers, Algeria in 2017, on the theme of: "access of individuals to constitutional justice».

The third took place in Maputo, Mozambique in October 2021 on the theme of "Election Process: Transparency, Inclusion and Integrity".
