Mr. Mohammed Amine BENABDALLAH, President of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Morocco, President of the Conference of African Constitutional Jurisdictions-CJCA, accompanied by Mr. Moussa LARABA, Secretary General of the Conference, represented the CJCA at the work of the International Conference organized by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation which was held on June 26, 2024 at the headquarters of the Court, on the theme: “Protection of Rights and Constitutional Supervision”
As well as the work of the XII International Legal Forum in Saint Petersburg-Russia, June 27 and 28, 2024.

Several African constitutional courts, members of the CJCA, took part in this event: Benin, Egypt, Ethiopia, DR Congo, Central African Republic, Morocco, and Zambia.

As a reminder, the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Russia has been an “Observer Member” of the CJCA since February 26, 2018.
