The Permanent Secretary General of the CJCA, accompanied by the Treasurer, received, on behalf of Mr Said IHRAI, President of the CJCA, on November 27, 2023, the President of the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights (CAfDHP) , Imani Daud Aboud and the delegation accompanying her, as part of a courtesy visit to the headquarters of the Organization.
During this meeting, explanations were given to the host delegation on the creation, prerogatives and organization of the CJCA as well as its missions and its role in the promotion of constitutional justice in Africa.
As a reminder, the CAfDHP was created by African states to guarantee the protection of human and people's rights on the continent. It complements and strengthens the role of the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights.
