Mr Mohammed Amine BENABDALLAH, President of the CJCA accompanied by Mr Moussa LARABA, Secretary General of the Conference, represented the CJCA at the work of the 10th Conference of heads of institution of the Association of Francophone Constitutional Courts-ACCF, which took place is held on June 13, 14 and 15, 2024 at the headquarters of the French Constitutional Council in Paris-France, on the theme: “The constitutional protection of freedom of expression”.

As a reminder, the CJCA and the ACCF signed a cooperation agreement in April 2021, in addition to the sharing of legal studies relating to the control of constitutionality, the joint organization of scientific events is planned.
